Weds 14th April 2010 ROUTE

Our 1st skate of the year with only experianced skaters turning up so we took a longer (12.5 miles), harder and faster route than I had originally intended. This skate heading into West Bridgeford where we tried a new section of Loughbrough Road. We then headed headed back towards the river and Clifton Bridge.

NWNS takes a WINTER HOLIDAY

Hi All,

The Nottingham Wednesday Night Skate is now officially on holiday over the winter until the weather improves next year. No official date has been set for the restart so keep in touch for more news.

Have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year (with lots of good weather in 2010 we all hope!)

Hi all,

Well its been a month! but tonight we are finally a ...

GO

The roads are dry and I will try and plan the route to minimise head winds and give and some nice fast bits with the wind behind. I recommend wearing wind proof clothing and to bring a torch! If the wind is too tiring, we will end early for an extended pub stop.
