Wednesday 19th March Route

Hi All,

Sorry for the late post. I did this map last week, but forgot to post it!

The skate was a nice long one on a clear night. We found a few new cut throughs as well which is always good. This route is highly recommeneded.

Weds 12th March 2008

The biggest storms of the year across the country, but in Nottingham, no rain was forecast the roads where dry, so we had a... GO

Bit was a bit windy mind you, but us northerners, hard as nails! Despite one fall with Crazy Dave getting over excited on a hill and a bit indecision on the route (I'll be l
ess democratic next time!) by far the best bit was catching the wind on the long return straight down University Boulevard and Canal street. Lots of speed with little effort.

Weds 5th March 2008 Route

To start the year I planned a nice easy skate with no hills and some exploring around West Bridgford. Now this mostly went to plan having now found some nice new cut-through's, but it was longer than I hoped at nearly 10 miles.

Each week I intend to post a route map of the actual route taken. If your lucky, I may even post some maps of intended route for the next week. I am at least hoping to let you know in advance the direction / area , rough length and hilliness that I'm aiming for. No guarantees though this is still meant to be a make it up as I go affair for now.

So here was the route we took with a few mile markers and photos...
